We will guide you through the procedure and let you know what legal documents are required from your part in order to issue the marriage license. Since details vary from country to country we will advise you and we will provide assistance at every step, ensuring that we don’t only offer you peace of mind but also save you time from your already busy daily schedule.

Pricing is dependent on the type of services that you will require (eg. full wedding planning or event management and design), on how closely you wish to work with your planner and on the number of team members that will be needed to support your event. We kindly ask you to contact us at describing in brief your event vision and we will reply to you within a few hours (Monday-Friday).

Our planning work ensures that your event is functional while our design mission is to make your event beautiful and exceptional. For example, while our planning duties would include managing the timeline for the event & the ceremony schedule, vendor follow up, making sure the dinner is on time and that the florals are delivered fresh, our design work would focus on matching the plate charger with the cutlery and the linens, infusing the color palette into the event concept, ensuring that the flower blooms and the stationary are cohesive in colors and style and proposing the lighting that would be the perfect match for the overall event ambience.

Event design is something more than what is commonly known as decoration. It is a project of its own that demands attention to the slightest detail, ensuring that every element is perfectly put together in a result that outstands and makes a statement.

Our full planning services also include event design while the partial planning ones include a decoration overview along with the event management.

Certainly yes! It is always a pleasure to meet you as we will be spending quite some time together on such an important project as your wedding. We love to know more about your wedding vision, the style of event that you are looking for, the optional dates, the location, the number of guests, your likes and dislikes and of course your budget. During our first meeting we will travel you through our planning process and explain you about the way we work, what we offer and our pricing. Please note that our first meeting is intended to get to know each other and not to reply or focus on specific requests related to your upcoming event.

Our initial meeting depending on whether you are local or coming from far, may be done through Skype, phone or by booking an appointment at our boutique showroom.

As soon as you tell us that you want to go on with us, we immediately send you the agreement form for your review. The agreement form should include all your personal & event details, your contact information and the services that will be delivered to you until your event day. After you read it carefully, we expect you to sign every page of it and send it back to us by email for our files.The booking is confirmed with a 50% retainer and the next payments are 25% due halfway through and the final 25% two weeks before the event.

Any payments to other professionals for products or services related to your event are not included or part of our agreement and will be quoted separately at a later stage.

Yes, it will be a pleasure. Even though we are based at the southern suburbs of Athens near the Athens Riviera, we cover weddings all over Greece. Destination weddings are our field of expertise and we gladly travel to any of the Greek islands, the mainland of Greece or Peloponnese for your fabulous Greek wedding!

While a venue coordinator can be helpful to those brides who choose not to have a wedding planner, their responsibilities limit to the parts that refer exclusively to the venue operation like the venue set up, catering arrangements and food tasting. A wedding planner is the professional who is with you from the initial planning stages- usually also involved in the venue research- until the wedding day.A wedding planner is the person hired by you, someone who is present for every important decision. Your wedding planner knows your event needs better than anyone else and is always by your side to support your choices while there is no guarantee from the venue that the same individual will be provided on your wedding day.

Destination weddings are our field of specialty, but not the only type of events that we plan and style. We have also valuable experience with Greek baptism events, children parties and corporate, whether that is a business success or anniversary, a product launch, a corporate party or a bigger production. We always love being creative, original and deliver a superb event within time and budget.
