3. Ceremony & Marriage Licence

Getting married in Greece is possible either with a civil or religious wedding. Symbolic weddings are also performed but without a legal value.

We guide you through the procedure from advising on the required documents to the translations and the submission of the papers in order to issue the marriage license.

4. Vendor Recommendations

We work with vendors that we know and trust and who have proven to be creative and professional in every aspect.

From our long list of vendors we shortlist and propose you the ones that are a good fit for your needs, style and budget and we coordinate the discussions and details.

8. Catering & Bar Services

In every wedding in Greece, food and drinks are two very important elements of the reception.

Based on your gastronomic preferences but also taking into consideration any food restrictions, allergies, ethic requirements and children menus, we will help you create the menu, served or buffet, that is ideal for your type of celebration.

Moreover, we will advise on how to organize the perfect bar with signature cocktails and other drinks to keep the party going!

9. Transportation & Guest Management

We will propose transportation options for the bride and groom, the family, the bridal party and the guests and we will assist with the booking and scheduling of the transfers.

For the accommodation of the couple, the family and the guests we will suggest hotels in the nearby areas.

Assistance with the guest list and seating will also be provided so that everything runs smoothly on your special day.

10. Timeline & Vendors Follow Up

A few weeks before the event, we finalize the timeline and we discuss it with you for any possible changes.

We produce individual timelines and briefing documents for every vendor and we make sure that every involved part of the event is on the same page ensuring a bonded team and a successful event.

The wedding day is for you to enjoy and to live to the fullest the moments with your family and friends.
