I didn’t start intending to be a wedding planner. I started by wanting to solve a problem I kept seeing: international couples coming to Greece with a vision, then spending their celebration managing vendors, adjusting timelines, and worrying whether everything would come together. That’s not a wedding. That’s a project.

Twenty-one years ago, I founded Style Concept to change that. Today, I’m the only Accredited Wedding Planner™ in Greece certified through the US Patent and Trademark Office- and the only one who treats your multi-day celebration as a live production.

What does that mean for you? It means you actually enjoy your own wedding. You’re present for the moments that matter- the first look, the vows, the dance you practiced. Not checking your phone, not troubleshooting, not wondering if the ferry arrived.

1. What are the next steps if we want to work with you?

We begin with a short consultation to learn more about your vision, your guests, and the kind of celebration you are imagining. If we are a good fit, we send you our service agreement and, once confirmed, we begin the planning process.

2. Which destinations in Greece do you work in?

We design celebrations across Athens Riviera, Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Peloponnese and beyond- wherever your vision takes you.

3. Our venue has a coordinator. Do we still need a wedding planner?

A venue coordinator manages the venue. We manage your experience- guest logistics, design, contingency planning, and the moments that happen beyond the venue walls.

4. What size weddings do you typically plan?

We primarily work with couples planning destination weddings of around 100–300 guests, often taking place over two or three days, who want the certainty of knowing their celebration will feel seamless and effortless.

5. What is the investment for your weddings?

Our fee reflects the live production we design for your celebration- destination, events, and level of detail. For multi-day weddings, couples typically invest €100K–€150K overall. Your specific vision determines where you land. Let’s discuss.

6. Can you help with the legal paperwork for a wedding in Greece?

Yes. We can guide you through the Greek-side requirements for religious or civil ceremonies and help you understand which documents you need, where to obtain them, and how to ensure nothing is missed before your celebration begins. For Greek Orthodox ceremonies, we can also assist with the church booking process.
