The answer is yes! Whether it’s a religious or civil ceremony, weddings held in Greece are valid worldwide. To make the process as smooth as possible, we’ll provide guidance and let you know which legal documents are required on your part to issue the marriage license. Since each country has its own requirements, we’ll provide assistance at every step, ensuring that we not only offer peace of mind but also save you time from your already busy schedule.

Pricing for our services is based on several factors, including the size and requirements of your event, the amount of time required, and the number of team members needed to bring your vision to life.

To begin the process, please send us a brief description of your event’s vision at reception@styleconcept.gr. We are available Monday through Friday and will respond to your email within a few hours.

It’s difficult to estimate the cost of your wedding without knowing you and your preferences first. Every wedding we plan is different and tailored to our clients’ specific needs and style. As a result, we create custom proposals that are unique to each event.

Numerous factors impact the budget, including the venue, location, number of guests, menu requirements, drinks, season, day of the week, decoration style and size, entertainment and shows, lights, special effects, transportations, and accommodations.

We work closely with you to understand your vision and expectations for your special day and we want you to feel confident and in control from the beginning of the planning process. That’s why, as soon as we get started, we develop a detailed budget estimation, providing you with the ability to make informed decisions from day one.

At Style Concept, we believe that every event should be functional, stunning and flawless. That’s why we divide our work into three distinct parts: Planning, Design, Coordination.

At the initial planning stage, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including venue research, vendor recommendations, budget breakdown, and proposals. We explore the menu and drink options and discuss all the amazing things the venue has to offer. Additionally, we create a detailed checklist and establish a structured plan to follow, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process leading up to your special day.

Our design services specialize in elevating the aesthetics of your event. In other words, we focus on creating the perfect look-and-feel for your special day! We pay attention to the smallest details, from matching the plate charger with the cutlery and linens to infusing the color palette into the event concept. We ensure that the flowers and stationary are cohesive in colors and style and suggest furniture, lighting and entertainment that perfectly match the overall event ambiance. Event design is more than just decoration; it’s a whole project that requires detailed work with inspiration and uniqueness to craft something truly extraordinary. The goal? To create an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience that guests will talk about for years to come!

Our coordination services begin a month before the event to ensure that all vendors are in sync and orders are aligned. After going over the guest list and every little detail of the timeline with you, we promise to make the event day a smooth sailing adventure, so you can sit back, relax, and watch the magic unfold with confidence!

We have been operating since 2005, therefore a planning and design experience of almost two decades works to your benefit. We specialize in destination weddings with the pleasure of planning events for wonderful people coming to Greece from all corners of the globe.

Our design approach is characterized by creative flair, imaginative elements, and intricate details, inspired by our clients’ culture, lifestyle, and individual love story.

We love exquisite designs, from stylish table settings, breathtaking floral arrangements and epic dance floors to enchanting fairy lights, chic furniture, and stunning backdrops.

We prioritize exceptional party moments, complete with live performances from talented bands, mesmerizing dance acts, original shows, fireworks, and delightful surprises that will captivate your guests. Of course! No matter where you are located, Zoom is our preferred method for this initial meeting. In a 40-minute video call, we’ll discuss about your wedding plans, guide you through our planning process, and provide an overview of our pricing.

To make sure we understand your needs and have a productive discussion, we would love to hear about your vision for the event. We would like to know about your preferred event style, optional dates, location, estimated number of guests, as well as your likes, dislikes, and budget. This will help us prepare for our meeting, so please provide us with these details before our scheduled call.

It’s essential to note that this meeting’s primary purpose is to facilitate introductions and establish an understanding of our approach for your event. Kindly note that specific requests regarding your upcoming event will not be addressed at this time.

Once you inform us of your decision to proceed with us, we will promptly send you the agreement for your review. To ensure that all requirements are met for your event, the agreement will include your personal and event details, as well as your contact information and the specific services that will be provided to you leading up to the event day. After reviewing the agreement, you will need to sign it on each page and return it to us via email for our records.

Payment Method

Once you have accepted and signed the agreement, a 50% retainer is required to confirm your booking. The remaining payments will be divided into two parts – 25% should be paid halfway through the process and the final 25% is due three weeks prior to the event. All payments to us must be made via bank transfer.

It’s important to note that any costs associated with third-party professionals for products or services related to your event are not included in our agreement. These proposals will be quoted separately at a later time.

We will be delighted! While we are located in Voula area, close to the Athens Riviera, we travel to plan events all across Greece. Destination weddings are our specialty, and we would be thrilled to travel to any of the Greek islands, mainland Greece or Peloponnese to organize your dream destination wedding!

Let’s make it clear that the responsibilities of a Wedding Planner and a Venue Coordinator are entirely distinct from each other. It is often assumed that that if the wedding venue provides its own coordinator, there’s no need to hire a separate wedding planner. However, this is far from the truth.

A venue coordinator has a specific task – to coordinate all aspects of the venue. This means overseeing venue set up, catering arrangements, giving tours and ensuring that the venue’s policies are communicated effectively to the client. They are only responsible for anything that takes place within the venue. Preparations taking place off-site or ceremonies held elsewhere are not their responsibility, and they will not provide any assistance with them.

A wedding planner is like a fairy godmother who accompanies you throughout the wedding planning process. They are there to support you from the very beginning, assisting with important decisions and helping you create your perfect wedding. With their help, every detail of your special day will be taken care of, ensuring that it’s a memorable moment for you and your guests. Unlike the venue coordinator, who is hired by the venue, this is your person, who knows your wedding dreams inside and out and will be there to make sure they all come true.
