The Wedding Concept

VISION & DESIGN ELEMENTS Rana and Ahmad shared their vision with us during our first meeting. They wanted a wedding that would be extraordinary and would blend the four elements of nature- earth, water, wind, and fire- into a stunning event experience. The bride’s vision was a secret garden with white blooms, and a color scheme of green and white.

To bring their vision to life, we went above and beyond. For earth, we brought in green, living statues. Water was easy, with the venue surrounded by the shimmering sea on two sides. Wind was represented by our mesmerizing veil dancers. And, the showstopper? The awesome fire show, evoking a sense of passion and intensity.

THE EPIC EVENT IN NUMBERS 300 guests jetting in from 3 different continents, 140 hours of planning, 100 event ninjas hustling behind the scenes, 25 mesmerizing musicians and dancers, 2,500 handpicked blooms plucked from 10 spectacular selections, 1,000 explosive fireworks lighting up the night sky, and countless twinkling fairy lights bringing the magic to life. And all in just 2 days of set up!

We’re thrilled to the moon and back to share the joy and gratitude of Rana and Ahmad’s big day, surrounded by their loved ones. Here’s to a Greek celebration that will forever stay etched in their hearts, and ours!

The Couple’s Story

It was Love at Third Sight! For the fate believers out there, this couple’s love story was etched in the stars, their paths destined to intertwine.

Once upon a time, Rana and Ahmad lived a stone’s throw away from each other in vibrant Dubai. Their offices were practically neighbors in the bustling Emaar Square, Downtown. Rana spent her days hustling at Deloitte while Ahmad was making waves at KPMG. It turns out they both shared a love for the same cafes and restaurants, yet destiny had different plans for them. Despite their close proximity, they never actually crossed paths.

Skipping ahead to the pandemic era, they made the bold decision to return to Toronto, Canada. Flash forward to September 2021 when fate intervened and brought them together once again. This time, they took a chance and agreed to share a meal. It only took three dates for that magical feeling to take hold. They just knew it – this was the real deal! After all, as the age-old saying goes, “When you know, you know!”

The Three-Day Wedding Party

The wedding weekend began with a bang, as the wedding party kicked things off with a warm welcome dinner party at Moorings, nestled up next to the Vouliagmeni Marina. The next day, guests gathered at the beach to soak up some sun, dive into the sea, and indulge in a delicious Greek-style lunch while lounging in the shade of the trees. And finally, on day three, everyone had the time of their lives at the breathtaking Island Art and Taste venue at the Athens Riviera, with a great party and stunning sea views stretching out as far as the eye could see!
