Scheduled Meetings & Event Logistics. If you are located outside Greece, we will find ways to show you the venue, present samples, and make online meetings so that you feel confident at every step of the way.

The planning services outlined above are designed for destination wedding events in Greece lasting between 1 to 4 days, with 50 to 300 guests.
These full wedding planning services include venue research, vendor recommendations, preparation of checklists, budgeting, assistance with bookings, hotel recommendations, assistance with the marriage documents, tailored design proposals, furniture, lights and entertainment proposals, event management, floor plans, guest list finalization, vendor follow-up, timeline development, advice on the etiquette, one-on-one meetings and day-of coordination, which lasts for 8-10 hours and involves a team of 2 to 4 coordinators.
Don’t hesitate to ask if you’re planning a micro-wedding (typically with 30-45 guests), a large-scale event with over 300 guests, or if you’re in search of a customized package tailored to your unique requirements.
The fees mentioned above refer solely to planning services and do not include supplier fees, decoration costs, or similar expenses. Since we are based in Athens, events held on the Greek islands or in the Peloponnese area will incur additional costs for transfers and accommodations.

Oh, where do I even begin with our fabulous wedding planner, Nena from Style Concept? She's an absolute rockstar, and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I totally would!
